เครือข่ายป่าชุมชนรอยต่อห้าจังหวัดภาคตะวันออก นำโดยผญ.สุวิน พ่วงแพ และกองเลขาเครือข่าย จัดให้มีการประชุมตณะกรรมการเครือข่ายป่าชุมชนรอยต่อ 5 จังหวัดภาคตะวันออกประจำปี 2562 มีผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 60 คน ประกอบด้วยสมาชิกเครือข่ายโซนพื้นที่ตำบลท่ากระดาน โซนพื้นที่ตำบลท่าตะเกียบ โซนพื้นที่ตำบลคลองตะเกรา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โซนพื้นที่ตำบลเกษตรสุวรรณ จังหวัดชลบุรี โซนพื้นที่ตำบลเขาน้อย โซนพื้นที่กระแสร์บน ชุมแสง โพลงตาเอี่ยม จังหวัดระยอง โซนพื้นที่ตำบลพวา–ขุนซ่อง โซนพื้นที่ตำบลหนองตาคง จังหวัดจันทบุรี และฌซนพื้นทราเขาฉกรรจ์–โนนสาวเอ้ จังหวัดสระแก้ว
การประชุมจัดให้มี
- การประเมินสถานการณ์ การจัดการป่าชุมชน และป่าครอบครัว
- ภายใต้หลังวันที่ 25 พ.ย. 2562 ที่พรบ.ป่าชุมชน พรบ.อุทยาน และพรบ.สงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า มีผลประกาศใช้ ความท้าทายและการปรับตัวของชุมชนภายใต้กฏหมาย3 ฉบับ โดย นายประทีป มีคติธรรม นักวิชาการด้านทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- นำเสนอแลกเปลี่ยนสังเคราะห์ถอดบทเรียนพื้นที่เครือข่ายฯ บ้านหนองม่วง พวา บ้านคลองเตย บ้านนาอิสาน บ้านนายาว บ้านทุ่งเหียง บ้านร่มโพธิ์ทอง และบ้านสามพราน ต่อการจัดการป่าชุมชนและป่าครอบครัว โดย ดร.กฤษฏา บุญชัย ผู้จัดการ สถาบันชุมชนท้องถิ่นพัฒนา(LDI)
- สรุปการดำเนินงานของเครือข่ายปี2562
- แลกเปลี่ยนระดมความเห็นการขับเคลื่อนงานของเครือข่ายฯ และบทบาทของกองเลขาเครือข่ายฯ
