เชื่อมพลังชุมชน สร้างคุณค่าชีวิตคนชรา
สวัสดีครับผมกฤษฎา บุญชัย ผู้จัดการมูลนิธิชุมชนท้องถิ่นพัฒนา
ในฐานะกรรมการบริหารแผนสำนัก 2 สสส. เมื่อวานและวันนี้ผมได้มาศึกษาเรียนรู้ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ของแผนงานกลุ่มประชากรเฉพาะ โดยเป็นเรื่องราวของผู้สูงอายุและกลุ่มคนพิการ
เริ่มต้นจากเมื่อวานเช้าไปเยี่ยมเยียนชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลหนองหอย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
ปัญหาเรื่องผู้สูงอายุขาดคนดูแล ผู้สูงอายุยากไร้ เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ของชุมชน ลำพังชุมชนและหน่วยราชการยังไม่สามารถหาวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการ คุ้มครองส่งเสริมผู้สูงอายุได้
ผู้สูงอายุถูกมองว่าเป็น คนไร้สมรรถภาพพึ่งตัวเองไม่ได้ และกลายเป็นภาระของลูกหลาน จนทำให้เกิดความตึงเครียดในครอบครัว เกิดอคติที่เรียกว่า “วยาคติ” อคติต่างวัย ผู้ถูกกระทำ เช่น คนแก่ เด็ก ซึ่งเป็นผู้พึ่งพามักจะถูกอคติจากคนในครอบครัวและสังคม
มูลนิธิพัฒนางานผู้สูงอายุ เห็นว่าจำเป็นจะต้องดึงพลังของชุมชนที่แตกกระสานซ่านเซ็นช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนผู้สูงวัยที่ยากไร้ซึ่งตนเองไม่ได้และเป็นการช่วยเหลือครอบครัวด้วย เขาจึงคิด โครงการ บัดดี้โฮมแคร์ โดยทำเป็นธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม เพราะเห็นองค์ประกอบต่างๆในชุมชนที่มาเชื่อมโยงกันได้ผ่านธุรกิจสังคมดังกล่าว มีครอบครัวที่มีกำลังทรัพย์จำนวนไม่น้อยที่ขาดคนขาดเวลาในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุอย่างถูกต้องเพื่อให้สูงอายุเป็นสุข ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัวที่ยากไร้จำนวนมากกว่ามากขาดการดูแลและขาดกำลังทรัพย์ แต่ในอีกด้านหนึ่งก็มีเยาวชนต่างๆ ที่อยากจะแสวงหารายได้ หาคุณค่าในชีวิตแต่หางานไม่ได้ พวกเขาเป็นทั้งกลุ่มชาติพันธ์ุและคนในชุมชนเมืองทั่วไป
บัดดี้โฮมแคร์จึงทำธุรกิจด้วยการรับบริการแบบเก็บเงินจากครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุที่มีกำลังทรัพย์ แล้วเอางบประมาณที่ได้ไปใช้
ฝึกฝนและจ้างงานกับเด็กเยาวชนที่ต้องการงานและรายได้ และส่งเด็กเยาวชนเหล่านี้ไปทำหน้าที่ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ยากไร้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีอาสาสมัครจากคนวัยต่างๆแม้กระทั่งผู้สูงอายุด้วยกันเองที่อยากทำงานด้านสังคม ก็เข้ามาช่วยในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เดือดร้อน นอกจากนี้ยังมีพยาบาลอาสาสมัครที่มาช่วยโครงการอย่างเต็มที่
กระบวนการดังกล่าว ได้เป็นการเชื่อมสังคมที่แตกกระสานซ่านเซ็น เอาพลังของเด็กเยาวชนที่อยากจะสร้างคุณค่าของตัวเอง ไปช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุ ให้เขามีความสุขทั้งกายและใจ และก็สร้างคุณค่าในชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุผ่านการทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่สร้างสรรค์ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการทำงานหัตถกรรมการผลิตสินค้า การทำกิจกรรมสันทนาการร่วมกัน ผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัวมีกำลังทรัพย์ก็ได้เป็นเพื่อนและช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัวที่ยากไร้ด้วย จึงเป็นที่มาของชื่อว่าบัดดี้โฮมแคร์
โมเดลนี้นวัตกรรมทางสังคมที่น่าสนใจมาก เป็นรูปกระทำของการทำธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมโดยอาศัยการเชื่อมพลังในชุมชนท้องถิ่น ที่น่าสนใจอีกเรื่องคือ การทำงานของมูลนิธิซึ่งแต่เดิมต้องพึ่งพาทุนจากภายนอก เช่นสสส. แต่เมื่อพวกเขาก้าวมาทำธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมก็ทำให้สามารถ สร้างรายได้ มาทำธุรกิจ เรื่องสังคมของตนเองได้อย่างเป็นอิสระ น่าจะเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของ NGO มูลนิธิทั้งหลายที่เผชิญปัญหาในการหาแหล่งทุนมาทำงาน
แม้จะมีคำถามเรื่องความยั่งยืนเนื่องจากฐานรายได้จากกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่มีกำลังทรัพย์ยังน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ยากไร้ที่มีจำนวนมากมาย แต่ขณะนี้สังคม และภาครัฐให้ความสนใจมากโอกาสขยายผลเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้มแข็งยั่งยืนก็มีสูง
ผมได้ไปพูดคุยกับผู้สูงวัยและได้ไปเยี่ยมบ้านผู้สูงวัยที่ยากไร้ สิ่งที่สัมผัสได้คือ ความสุขของผู้เฒ่าที่เห็นคุณค่าในชีวิตตนเอง และครอบครัว ชุมชนเห็นคุณค่าของพวกเขา และความสุขของเยาวชนที่ทำอะไรดีๆ เพื่อชุมชน และได้รายได้ด้วยครับ

In a community that is connected through the social business, there is a small amount of money that lacks people who lack the time to take care of the elderly properly to be happy. In the meantime, there are many elderly people in the poor family. Lack of care and lack of money, but in On the other side, there are various youth who want to seek income, find value in life, but they can’t find a job. They are both of the nation and the people in the general city community.
Buddy Home care is doing business by getting money service from the elderly family with money and taking the budget that has been used.
Practice and employment with youth children who want to work and income and send these youth children to duty to care for poor elderly. There are also volunteers from the age people, even the elderly people who want to work social work also come to help to take care of the elderly in trouble. There is also a volunteer nurse. Come to help the full project.
The process is a connection to a broken society. Sign the power of young children who want to create their own value to help the elderly. Let him be happy, physically and heart, and create value in the life of the elderly through the creative activities, whether working. Handicrafts, production, activities, recreational activities together, the elderly people in the family are having money to be friends and help support the elderly in the poor family, so it is the source of the name buddy home care.
This model is a very interesting social innovation. It is the act of doing business for society by living the power of power in another interesting local community. It is the work of the foundation, but the original must rely on the capital from outside such as the sor. But when they step into social business, it can make money to make their own social business freely. It should be a good example of ngo, the foundation that faces the problem of finding the capital to work.
Although there is a question of sustainability because of the income base from the elderly group that is little money compared to the poor elderly audience, but now the society and government are very interested in the opportunity to increase the potential for sustainable strength.
I have gone to talk to the high-age and have visited the high-end home. What a touch is the joy of the elders who see the value of their own life and the community family. See their value and the joy of the youth who do good things for the community and I got income too.
